The Defiant's captain was a 23rd century human Federation officer from the mirror universe. In 2268 in that universe, he had his neck broken on the bridge, in front of his command chair. After traveling to this universe, in 2155, his body was found by the crew of ISS Enterprise. (IAMD)

Lieutenant killed on deck 9
A blonde Lieutenant in the command division was killed on deck 9, near section 4A, after the Defiant was pulled into this universe. Jonathan Archer and a MACO stepped over her body while trying to find Slar, a Gorn hiding in the nearby corridors. (IAMD)

Crewman killed by phaser fire belowdecks
A lieutenant of the operations division was killed by phaser fire belowdecks. His body, and a discarded phaser pistol, were discovered by Malcolm Reed and Jonathan Archer when they beamed aboard Defiant, after the ship had been transferred from the mirror universe. (IAMD)
